Job description
- Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets for spare parts and materials.
- Conduct market surveys, analyze competitors, and propose marketing and sales strategies for spare parts.
- Manage customer information and assigned market areas.
- Monitor sales targets for different vehicle groups and slow-moving spare parts.
- Maintain customer relationships and increase retail sales from loyal customers.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from Vocational College/College/University in Automotive Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 months of experience in positions such as technician or spare parts warehouse staff.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
Income
- Income when achieving 100% KPI: Negotiable
- Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
- Fixed salary: 9 VND - 14 VND
- Fixed salary is independent of sales performance

- Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
- Off on Saturday afternoons and Sundays
